Our commitments to you
Your photos are deleted after 14 days
One-time Photo Dump orders are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers 14 days after your download link is generated. We don't hold onto your files.
We never train AI on your images
Your photos are never used to train AI models. Period. When our AI improves, it's from anonymized pattern data — never from identifiable images in your library.
Your files are yours
We claim no ownership over your photos or videos. The license you grant us is limited strictly to operating the service for you — nothing else.
We never see your card number
All payments go directly through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor. Your full card number never touches our servers.
Face clustering stays in your library
Our face recognition groups people within your own library only. We don't build profiles, don't cross-reference other users' photos, and don't share biometric data.

Cloudpixs is operated by Gillette Printing and Engraving in Gillette, Wyoming. Not a faceless startup — a real local business you can call or visit.
No lock-in — download any time
Subscribers can download their entire organized library at any time as ZIP archives. If you cancel, you get a 30-day window to pull everything out.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
All data is transmitted over TLS 1.2+. Files are encrypted on our storage systems and isolated per-account — no cross-account access is possible.

Cloudpixs is operated by Gillette Printing and Engraving, a small business in Gillette, Wyoming. We built Cloudpixs because we believe people deserve a simple, private way to get their photo libraries under control — without handing their memories to a big tech company.
We're not venture-backed. We're not trying to monetize your data. We charge a fair price for a service that works, and we protect your files the way we'd want our own protected.
